History :Rae was a little girl who live a village with her mother it was small lovely village in the middle of the forest but the people their were rich for their land and even more because of their power the army wanted this so they came and started to take people and a war broke out to keep the land and people as they wanted they use sleeping gas on the village at night some people were up and able to help out but not all most of the villagers that were awake died and the women rape and brought in or just brought in along with the kids and the men all brought in Rae mother saved her from all of this but Rae was shot right after knowing she would be better dead and going to the next world Rae mother ask a shinigami who was passing through to send Ren soul to the next world and so the shinigami did and Rae became a vice

Strengths :Rae is the best at kidou skills being able to cast most of the high spells without saying anything,Rae has been able to mover aorund at high speeds sometimes and even greater force when she uses it with close combat
Weaknesses :Rae seems to have a problem when it comes to flowers or people getting hard which makes her stop and help out,Rae sometimes gets a little lost with to much info at once losing her all the way later
