Espio kept on trying he was focusing and was not being distracted by any thing that came in his way both of his fist where glowing with energy and Espio took a deep breath he was trying his hardest he shot another one to the sky it got bigger this time but still not as big as leo's he kept on doing it....2 hour's have past the ball got a little bigger the size of vegeta's big bang attack Espio fell in the ground ''oh man '' he got up and tried again this time he was focusing really hard with out hesitation and distraction's the only thing that was poking him was juicy breeze come through the ocean blue sky his fist where charging full of energy he was still charging he open his eyes and shot once more it was know 10 times bigger then big bang attack Espio fell down the ground and looked at the sky '' oh boy ''

Albin just sat there eating lunch he was just waiting to see how big he could get it "Done yet?"

Albin put down in front of him hambugers,hotdogs,noodles,rice,steak,fish,rolls,ribs and ham "Hows that?"

Espioo was eating like a dog he was eating like if he never ate in his life '' your the best !''

"You doing fine so its good enough for you to eat"

'' wow out of all the master's ive had your the first to feed me '' Espio said eating a hot dog

"Thats just wrong you should eat food"

'' got it '' Espio focused his energy hard and steady the energy was flowing down his fist he was focused with all of his mind blank nothing in his head he only focused on one thing fusing the energy with in his fist then he he looked up '' HAhhh !'' he shot the blast this time it was the size of the sprite bomb only 17 times bigger '' im close ''

"Nice" Albin got some weights and put them on his arms and legs "Each are about 300 killos" he smile put him up to another room this one was much bigger "We will now be working on your speed because you gonna need them for your next attacks" he turn the gravity up in the room it was about four times the normal gravity "Try walking"

Espio was trying to walk but he could not he also try to run but slipped in stead '' yeah i cant walk ''

"You gotta crawl before you can walk"

Albin was fine he stood there reading a book he didn't have to his eye on Espio "Its gonna take some time but it will be worth it"

time and time has past Espio has been at it for hour's and hours sooner or later he was crawling very fast like the speed of turtle only 6 times faster '' almost there then i will start walking '' Espio was swimming in his own sweat , sweat was all around the floor but Espio kept on crawling and was sweating more and more he got faster crawling at the end of the day he crawled around the whole area 5 times

Albin look at him it was about 9 at night "How you feel?"
