Kana later on in her life met a boy name Tsuna to tell the truth he was her first love she did anything for him they became very close friends even when Tsuna had a girlfriend she was still there for him they was always seen together as time past Kana love for Tsuna turned into friendship love she saw him as a close friend and everybody else in the family after the battle with the Black Moon Kana took on serious training so she wouldn't lose another battle
